Prasouda breakfast recipe for one person
You will need 1x Greek yogurt, some chopped walnuts, a little of cinnamon, one teaspoon of honey, 10-15 raspberries or/and blueberries.
How you make it?
Easy, just mix walnuts with cinnamon and once it’s nicely mixed just sprinkle it over yogurt, then put honey and raspberries over and you will have the best breakfast.
You can play if want and add a little cottage cheese to yogurt for more protein content.
And if you are more weight loss oriented give only half of tablespoon of honey.

If you are looking for Prasouda lunch recipe I would suggest Greek salad with chicken and avocado.
It’s easy to really make it. For two persons you will need: 200 grams of roasted chicken, 1 heart romaine lettuce, 6 cherry tomatoes, 1 spring onion, 1 ripe avocado, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice, 50 grams of feta cheese, dried oregano, a little of parsley, 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 4-5 kalamata olives.
First roast your chicken, and then slice to small pieces. Then trim the base from lettuce, wash and dry the leaves and then shred them. Cut the onions, avocado, tomato in small pieces, chunks and put in your bowl. Mix with lettuce and chicken. Put over lemon juice, olive oil and chunks of feta cheese. Sprinkle over oregano and parsley and olives on the top. If you want you can salt it, but the feta cheese is salty enough. Enjoy!!!
