Her trainer Gunnar Peterson and Jennifer Galardi helped her a lot. She normally works out 3-5 times a week. Her workouts include weight lifting, some with body weight, some with weights and cardio workouts. Kim also focuses on some body parts more – like arms, shoulders, abs, bum and thighs.
One of Kim’s best allround workouts is running and Kim knows it. It is good for Kim’s bum and thighs to run. It’s a great cardio exercise. You can run for 30 minutes and it will be a great workout.
One of the best indoor workouts is yoga. Kim knows it’s a great workout and she does it even outdoors.
Kim Kardashian also uses a lot of weights in her workouts. Performing exercises with medicine balls and satiability balls gives your core a great workout. She also uses bands and bars to tighten and tone her arms.
She also does a lot of squats and lunges to keep her thighs and bottom in shape.
