- Workout routine 1 – Pull ups – Do 5 pull ups, then 15 squats and 10 sit ups
By doing pull ups you will awaken large number of muscles in your back, shoulders, and arms at the same time.
Then immediately start doing 15 squats. Now you will use your leg muscles. At the end do 10 sit ups.
Repeat this routine for 3-5 times and you will get biggest results in shortest amount of time. - Workout routine 2 – Running – Go out running – start slow for 5 minutes, then stretch.
